You can start with Rehemogen - 2 oz (a tincture by Young Living) as it is very good at helping to cleanse the blood and get the effects or toxins from the poison ivy out of the blood. These ingredients are:
Extracts of red clover blossom, chaparral, licorice root, poke root, peach bark, Oregon grape root, stillingia, sarsaparilla, cascara sagrada, prickly ash bark, burdock root, buckthorn bark, and the essential oils of rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), thyme (Thymus vulgaris), melaleuca (Melaleuca alternifolia), and Roman chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile). Contains 50 percent ethyl alcohol by volume, necessary for herbal extraction.

These herbs were used by Native American herbology as blood cleansers and builders.

For the itching you can use Purification, Melrose and Relese essential oil blends, peppermint, patchouly, and lavender single oils. Also use any of the lavender products by Young Living to help ease any itching and oozing from the poison ivy.
