A Dog’s View Shares from a Human Perspective On Natural Care

Shadrach the Neo Mastiff

Hi fellow pets and people! Mom’s gonna share with you what she does for me! Yep she and Dad take pawbulous care of me cuz they LUV me! WOOOOOOF! She’s gets kinda passionate too……

Our dog, Shadrach a Neopolitan Mastiff, came to us as a very abused, neglected and nearly starved to death 4 1/2 month old puppy. Through trial and error and lots of illness we’ve eventually gotten him well, no thanks to traditional medicine which only further compromised his health. It was when we started feeding him natural food (meat) and using the YLEO products that his health has fully blossomed. At nearly 6 years old, he is far healthier than he’s ever been. His coat has a glossy sheen to it and since he runs with me daily (not something Neos ususally do) he is in very excellent physical shape as well.

I use the Ningxia Red and oils on my dog daily. He is doing even better on Ningxia Red than he was on BYJ and so am I. Shadrach gets Valor daily on his paws and also DiTone to keep him balanced and bug-free. He also gets a mixture of Lemongrass, Lavender, Peppermint, Cedarwood, and Pine blend applied to him “neat” daily as a bug repellant daily -this works well mixed with water and spritzed on dogs too. When we run, he gets his legs massaged afterwards with Ortho-Ease and either Aroma Siez or Panaway. He’s a big breed (Neo Mastiff) and I do all this as prevention. I think of this as a natural HMO and REAL health insurance! I put Citrus Fresh in his water daily too. I also diffuse different oils which he LOVES! The other day he started sniffing the glass nebulizer on the diffuser and trying to lick it, lol.

My dog has always had his BYJ and now NR out of a bowl. I do not mix it into his food nor force it down his throat. I just give it to him in a bowl while I sip mine out of a glass. I always let him sniff my glass so he can see and smell that I have the same exact thing as him. He’s very sensitive to that (lol). Now my dog and I have an exceptionally close relationship and I talk to him all the time (I always talk to my animals, always have). So I really believe he gets that this is good for him. I always tell him “It’s for your muscles so you can run with mommy” LOL! He drinks it all down. It’s funny but he get this face on him like we do when something is good but sour? After MUCH drool being added in (gross, I know) he drinks it all down. Um, I do sing to him while he finishes his bowl -LOL! He likes me to.

He looks great, smells great, and is so healthy now. He LOVES Animal Scents Ointment! I normally apply to him during his weekly brushing (sort of like his “little dab ‘ll do ya”) and he really likes it. I also use it after his bath with Animal Scents Shampoo. Whenever he sees that jar come out he comes running thinking it’s for him! I use it too and it’s worked well on immediately relieving sunburn on me this summer. A couple of times I’ve gotten sunburned and I put the Animal Scents on and the next day, no burn and no pain. Awesome!

I’ll tell you I’ve been researching and searching for true wellness for 30 years now. I was a modern dancer and needed to find something to help my energy levels. I never found what I was looking for until now. God bless Don Slepian my sponsor for just sending me some products to try on my dog! I am reaching out to help as many people & pets as I can and if they can just see past initial cost, then we’ll have folks and pets on their way to REAL wellness in large numbers. Pay now or pay later but you will pay sometime! I’d much rather pay now as a disease prevention hmo than a disease management hmo at the best and that is really wishful thinking on the part of the medical community. Okay, well I’m off the soapbox now and preaching to the choir but that is just how passionate I am about this.

In wellness,
Kim, Shadrach’s mom :-)
